Our warranty guarantees that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified time frames below. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, or unauthorised modifications. Please retain your proof of purchase, as it may be required to initiate a warranty claim.
KUGA Flasks: 2-Year Thermal Performance Warranty
Our KUGA flasks are designed to keep your beverages at the perfect temperature, whether you’re hiking, camping, or commuting. We offer a 2-year warranty on the thermal performance of our flasks. This warranty covers the insulation’s ability to maintain temperature but does not apply to any lids, caps, handles, straws, or other removable parts.
KUGA Cooler Boxes: 4-Year Plastic Insulation Mould Warranty
KUGA cooler boxes are built to keep your contents cold for extended periods with durable insulation. We offer a 4-year warranty on the insulation mould of our cooler boxes, ensuring lasting performance and reliability. This warranty excludes coverage for clips, handles, wheels, or any other removable parts.
For any issues with the plastic insulation mould, reach out within five years from the date of purchase, and we’ll be glad to assist.
KUGA Leather Bags and Leather Products: 5-Year Leather Warranty
KUGA leather bags are crafted from high-quality leather to withstand the test of time. We offer a 5-year warranty on the leather material itself, covering any cracks, splits, or defects. However, this warranty does not cover any zippers, clasps, clips, or other hardware components of the bags.
If the leather shows signs of defect within the first five years, please contact us to begin the warranty process.
