No stress — just send us a quick photo and your order number. We’ll replace it or sort it out immediately. We’re human and we back our products.
Can I get an extra lid or part if I lose mine?
Absolutely. We sell replacement lids and straws separately — so you don’t have to replace the whole flask.
Are your prices the same online and in stores?
Usually, yes. But often we run online-only deals or early access discounts — so it’s worth checking our site first.
Warranty claims are also easier if you purchased from the site.
